a car can hold two persons in front seats and one in the rear seats .if among six person only two can drive the car ,then the number of ways in which the car can be filled is

Answer Explanation

Only one can be in the drivers seat from 2 persons
 So Number of ways of choosing driver = 2C1
The remaining 1 person can be seated in the front seat in 5C1 ways
One person now from 4 persons has to be seated in the rear seat
Total number of ways = 2 x 5 x 4 = 40
