in the induction coil across secondary coil the output voltage is practiacally:
1. unidirectional ,high, intermittant
2. directional , low , intermittant
3. unidirectional ,high, constant
4.unidirectional, low ,constant

Answer Explanation

The transformer work on the concept of mutual induction. the voltage vary in the primary due to which the magnetic flux linked with the secondary changes and the a varying voltage induced in the secondary. The variation in the voltage related to the secondary will depend on how the voltage related to primary changes. If we connect an A.C. source to the primary , the voltage in the secondary will be A.C. . WE can increase or decrease the voltage in the secondary , which is known as STEP UP and STEP DOWN TRANSFORMER.
