Your answer is wrong. time period does not depend on the mass of the bob. it depends on the length and acceleration due to gravity .we take length of the pendulum from the centre of gravity of the bob . as the water is coming out the C.G. of the bob will go down and length of the pendulum will increase and time period of the pendulum will decrease. BUT this will happen untill half the bob become empty. now the C.G. will go up until bob become empty. so the length will decrease and the time period will increase.
Option D is correct.
