Yes, we can have a 1F capacitor. The capacitor will be large or small depending on the voltage at which the capacitor stores charge.

Any capacitor basically stores some charge at a given potential difference.

A 1-farad capacitor can store one coulomb of charge at 1 volt. 1 C is 6.25 x 10¹⁸ electrons, so quite a lot of charge can be stored in a 1 F capacitor at 1 V. Such a capacitor will have the size of a 1 litre bottle of Coke or Pepsi.
